Most art pieces arrive in between 6-8 weeks due to the artistry involved with each portrait. Please allow 4-6 months for Masterpiece Portraits as they are hand painted. Our artists lovingly work on your images to provide the highest quality prints. If you’d like to check in on their progress, simply email using ask button inside this help bubble.

Please be sure to let us know the name the order is order and email you used to book the session (usually the parent’s name).
