How can I reschedule my appointment?
Enchanted Fairies' artists reserve exclusive studio time to provide you with our very best, personalized one-on-one service while we create your family’s artwork. We are currently experiencing overwhelming demand. Your child’s confidence-boosting magical session with Enchanted Fairies is a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Our regular session fees are $200, due to the limited number of available magical session appointments, rescheduling an appointment with less than one weeks notice will result in a $99 cancellation fee. (This cancellation fee will be stored as a credit for you to use towards any portrait purchase)
Our sessions are normally booked 2 months or more in advance. (For example, I’m writing this in October and our sessions are 100% booked for the rest of the year.)
When you reschedule with more than one weeks notice you do not incur any charge. Booking fees on appointments rescheduled with more than one weeks notice are applied to the new appointment and will be refunded on the day of the appointment. The booking fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
