You can also search your inbox for an email titled "Your Enchanted Fairies Gift Portraits have Shipped!" Most art pieces arrive in between 6-8 weeks due to the artistry involved with each portrait. Please allow 4-6 months for Masterpiece Portraits as they are hand painted.
