Q: Can I Get a Tracking Number for My Order?

A: Absolutely! Please just send us a message here and we'll be happy to reply with tracking number if your order has shipped. You can also search your inbox for an email titled "Your Enchanted Fairies Gift Portraits have Shipped!"

Most art pieces arrive in between 6-8 weeks due to the artistry involved with each portrait. Please allow 4-6 months for Masterpiece Portraits as they are hand painted.

Just a reminder if you ordered Storybooks, Wall Portraits, and Gift Portraits they will arrive in separate shipments via FedEx!
