Q: How Can I Access My Bonus Digital Images?

A: Digital Images are sometimes included as a bonus item when ordering a portrait package. If you worked with our Art Director to receive either hi res or low res digital images with your order, you can expect them to arrive after you've received your portraits in the mail.

Digital Images are sent out every Saturday. Check your inbox for an email with either "Web Images" or "High Resolution Images" in the title. If you've received your portraits from FedEx, Saturday has passed, and you have not received your bonus digital images please just send us an email and we are happy to help.

There are two types of digital images you may have received as a bonus.

High Resolution Digital Images or Web Optimized Digital Images. 

What's the difference?

High Resolution Digital Images come with the rights and a release to print images.

Web Optimized Digital Images are not meant for printing. They are perfect for sharing on Facebook, Insta, & emailing to family.
