Q: Where is The Rest of My Order?

A: You can expect certain art pieces to arrive in different shipments depending on the products ordered and art work involved with each image. 

For example, an order with a combination of Enchanted Fairies Wall Portraits, Signature Storybooks, and Gift Portraits would arrive in 3 different shipments.

• Shipment #1 = Wall Portraits
• Shipment #2 = Signature Storybooks
• Shipment #3 = Gift Portraits

Most art pieces arrive in between 6-8 weeks due to the artistry involved with each portrait. Please allow 4-6 months for Masterpiece Portraits as they are hand painted.
